Scope
These Terms apply to all services provided by The Bloom Room, including coaching, programs, retreats, and organisational development.

Participation
All services are designed for personal and professional growth. Participation is voluntary and at your own responsibility.

Booking & Payment
Bookings become binding upon confirmation. Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation
* Coaching: 24 hours’ notice required; otherwise charged in full
* Programs: No refunds once started
* Retreats:
– 30+ days: partial refund
– 14–30 days: 50% refund
– <14 days: no refund

Changes
The Bloom Room reserves the right to reschedule or adapt services if necessary. Alternatives or refunds may be offered.

Liability
The Bloom Room is not liable for personal outcomes, indirect damages, or circumstances beyond its control.

Health Disclaimer
Services do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

Confidentiality
Personal information is treated confidentially. Group settings cannot guarantee full confidentiality.

Intellectual Property
All materials remain the property of The Bloom Room and may not be reproduced or shared.

Governing Law
Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction: Zurich, Switzerland.
